HR14 Baseball Academy Travel Team: At HR14 Baseball Academy, our Travel Team program is designed for young athletes aged 7 to 15 years who are passionate about competing at the highest level. These teams provide players with the opportunity to travel, face top-tier competition, and develop their skills in real-game environments.

HEAD COACH & DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR
JOANTONI GARCIA

Joantoni Garcia brings a wealth of international playing experience and defensive expertise to HR14 Baseball Programs. Originally from Venezuela, Garcia was signed in the early 2007 international signing period, showcasing standout defensive skills from a young age. Excelling primarily as a second baseman, he became known for his solid fundamentals, fluidity in the field, and remarkable quickness, consistently demonstrating the ability to stay in front of the ball, maintain a low position, and use his quick hands to make precise plays. Garcia’s extensive experience also includes a pivotal role in securing professional opportunities for aspiring players, having been directly responsible for signing 10 MLB players. As Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator, he leverages this background to enhance HR14’s training programs, blending professional insights with technical skills to develop athletes with strong defensive fundamentals, discipline, and mental resilience. Garcia’s leadership is vital to the academy’s mission of preparing players for competitive success at the highest levels

Admission Process to HR14 Programs:

  1. To begin, contact us at our shared phone number, providing player information and any questions you may have.
  2. We’ll arrange an interview to discuss the sports program, objectives, and relevant information while getting to know the player and their expectations.
  3. After the interview, selected candidates will be evaluated, and players will be informed of the final decision regarding their participation in the program.
  4. Once accepted, all required documentation and associated reservation costs will be shared with the player and their representatives for final onboarding.
